Revitalizing Pools One Drop at a Time

What is Meltblown Technology?
Meltblown technology is a process that uses heat and pressure to create a non-woven material that can filter out tiny particles. The process melts plastic pellets and extrudes them into ultrafine fibers. The fibers are then laid down in layers, creating a web that filters out particles as small as 3-5 microns.
What is 3-5 Microns?
To put it into perspective, a human hair is about 70-100 microns in diameter. A grain of sand is about 90 microns in size. Pollen is typically between 10 and 100 microns, while mold spores can range from 3 to 40 microns. Bacteria and viruses are also in this range, making it important to have a filtration system that can effectively filter out these particles.
Why is Meltblown Technology the Future of Pool Filtration?
Pool Health Group's meltblown technology is the future of pool filtration because it offers a much higher level of filtration than traditional pleated filters. This means that the pool water will be much cleaner and safer to swim in. In addition, meltblown filters are more efficient and have a longer lifespan, reducing the need for frequent filter changes.Pros and Cons of Traditional Pleated Filters Traditional pleated filters have been the industry standard for many years. They are relatively inexpensive and easy to replace. However, they have limitations when it comes to filtration. They are not as effective at filtering out small particles, and they need to be replaced more frequently, which can be costly in the long run.
Pros of Pool Health Group's Meltblown Technology
Pool Health Group's meltblown technology offers many advantages over traditional pleated filters. They can filter out particles as small as 3-5 microns, which is much smaller than traditional filters. They also last longer and require fewer replacements. However, they can be more expensive upfront.
Pool Health Group's Pool & Spa Filtration is revolutionizing the pool and spa industry by introducing meltblown technology. With the ability to filter out particles as small as 3-5 microns, this technology offers a much higher level of filtration than traditional pleated filters. While change can be intimidating at first, it offers many advantages in the long run. Meltblown technology is the future of pool filtration, and Pool Health Group is leading the way.

What People Are Saying
These are AMAZING! We got some from Walmart that are similar / Chlorox brand- these last three times longer and are even more for your money. They seriously filter out so much garbage all the way into the white core. For us, we had high minerals so it had to filter out slot of crap and we were going through the white ones every few days. These are awesome for any pool.

These guys worked with us when we had issues finding the right filter. Now we have the most beautiful water in town! We had tried other filters, but they just couldn't clear up the water in our above ground pool. Not sure how long these last, so I will give it a few more weeks and add an update.

So much better than the pleated type; extremely glad I took a chance on these! I’ll not buy anything but this type going forward!!!

We originally used the regular hot tub filters that are sold everywhere. We have an inflatable hot tub. With the old filters, I would rinse them every few days to help them last longer but the water would still not stay as clean and clear (along with chemicals and all that). These new filters have been amazing and I’ve only used one so far and it’s still in use. I followed all directions before putting it in which was to get it completely wet and then allow all the air bubbles to come out before screwing the cover on. It’s been almost 4 weeks with one filter! I’ve rinsed this one out gently 1-2 times a week and put it back on.

Very nice alternative to a pleated spa filter. Lasts much longer.

I bought these after seeing how quickly the thin paper filters deteriorated. The difference in quality is night and day. I was able to install it easily and it fit perfectly. It worked as it should and last longer. These have saved me money and time!

These filters are a huge money saver. They are lasting weeks longer than the other kind in our inflatable hot tub. This is my new go to filter. My hot tub has been perfect since switching to these. Install is the same as other type and I think they do a better job . Highly recommended.

Oh these are so much better than the pleated filters. It has kept my pool very very clean/clear and is easy to use. I bought 3 and am still on filter 2. I rinse them off and seems to work fine.
I thought it would be a drag on the pump but it is just as strong as with the pleated filters and fits better than the pleated ones. I did a check on the motor and volume flow and pressure was the same. Will buy again since. It is very economical compared to the pleated B filters used.

I was worried the water wasn't going to flow as well as a paper filter but it flows just fine and works very well. No complaints and would buy again.

We have always used the pleated type of filters and have not really had any problem with them. Every week we switch them out and clean them, soaking them in detergent and then rinsing between the pleats. Typically, such filters last a several months this way. We were in need of some new filters, so we decided to try these out.
WOW. Within an hour of putting them in, we could tell a difference in water quality. It was clearer than it had ever been and stayed that way all week. Mind you, our water was not dirty or cloudy before we put this new kind in. But it REALLY made a difference.

These things clean way better then the paper filters. After I seen the goop that these filters have on them and what the paper ones have on them that is like night and day difference. These collect even the scum off of the water. I don't think you can clean these guys like you can the paper ones but I don't see myself going back to paper. I've still not timed how long these last but I believe it's like 2.5 to 3 weeks if I remember correctly using it daily with 1 inch chlorine tablets per filter. I aim on getting some scum top water floats soon to see if that helps extend the life of the filters.

I bought the six pack of filters thinking I'd need more than one to clean my spa out for the end of the season. I was surprised to see that it was so clean after just a few hours with the new filter, and I only had to use one! I don't even think it needs replacing yet, so I will start off next season with the same filter and still have five left! very happy with this product and will definitely purchase again when the time comes.

This filter is so much better than the pleated filter versions. No rinsing or washing. No more error codes, I’m so used to replacing filters because I leave my hot tub on all the time, which would break down the glues and rubbery plastic materials used on the pleated filters. I won’t go back to them after using these. In fact I have extras I no longer wish to use for my Coleman hot tub. I’m sold and subscribed, Happy customer!
